PUBLIC OPINIONS began in 2004 as a student and revolutionary movement at Makerere University in Kampala, Uganda, giving voice to people of all sectors of society. It was founded by Comrade Luzindana Adam Buyinza.

The organisation also offers political intelligence services to those intending to join politics and those in politics. It is also a centre for leadership development and strategic research. Please be part of our noble cause.
